Welcome to Infinity Integrated Publishing Center ("Infinity IPC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, journals, publishing platform, submission system, or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Infinity IPC is an open-access academic publishing platform dedicated to publishing peer-reviewed journals, scholarly books, conference proceedings, and scientific communications across various disciplines.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You have the legal authority to submit any manuscript or content.

Some Services require registration.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

• Notify Infinity IPC immediately of unauthorized account use.

• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

Infinity IPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

By submitting a manuscript, authors represent that:

• The work is original.

• The work has not been published elsewhere unless disclosed.

• The submission is not under consideration by another publisher unless permitted.

• All listed authors have approved the submission.

• Necessary ethical approvals have been obtained.

• Conflicts of interest have been disclosed.

Submitting false or misleading information may result in rejection or retraction.

Authors retain copyright in their published work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Authors grant Infinity IPC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Publish the work;

• Reproduce and distribute the work;

• Archive the work;

• Display and index the work;

• Promote the publication.

Where applicable, articles may be published under a Creative Commons license selected by Infinity IPC or agreed with the authors.

Infinity IPC operates a peer-review process intended to maintain academic quality.

We reserve the right to:

• Reject submissions;

• Request revisions;

• Withdraw accepted manuscripts before publication if ethical concerns arise;

• Retract published articles when necessary.

Editorial decisions are final.

Authors must comply with recognized publication ethics, including avoiding:

• Plagiarism;

• Fabrication or falsification of data;

• Duplicate publication;

• Image manipulation;

• Undisclosed conflicts of interest;

• Improper authorship attribution.

Infinity IPC may investigate allegations of misconduct and take appropriate action, including retraction and notifying relevant institutions.

Unless otherwise specified, published articles are made openly accessible.

Readers may access published content in accordance with the applicable publication license.

Where Article Processing Charges (APCs) or publication fees apply:

• Fees will be clearly communicated before publication.

• Fees do not guarantee acceptance.

• Editorial decisions remain independent of payment.

Refund requests are considered only under Infinity IPC's refund policy.

Users may not:

• Upload malicious software.

• Interfere with website operation.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Submit fraudulent research.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Harvest personal information.

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Except for author-owned content, all website materials, logos, graphics, software, databases, branding, and design are the property of Infinity IPC or its licensors.

No content may be reproduced without permission except as permitted by applicable licenses.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites.

Infinity IPC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services provided by third parties.

Scientific opinions expressed in publications are solely those of the authors.

Our total liability shall not exceed any fees paid by the user to Infinity IPC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity IPC, its editors, reviewers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from claims arising out of:

• your submitted content;

• violation of these Terms;

• infringement of third-party rights.

Infinity IPC may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination does not automatically remove published scholarly content from the academic record where publication integrity requires its retention.

Infinity IPC may revise these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
